The Plea for Peace Foundation was founded in 1999 by Asian Man Records’ Mike Park to promote positive youth development through engagement in
the arts and social justice. Since its inception, the Foundation has raised over $100,000 through the coordination of three national benefit tours,
and two benefit tours in Japan for various charities promoting the Plea for Peace mission throughout the Bay area. In 2009, the Foundation opened
the doors of the first Plea for Peace Teen Center in Stockton, CA.
